a licensed profession, anyone can call themselves a coach. I first qualified as a coach in
2010 I then studied with the British college of journalism in 2018 I then went on to train
with the pure coaching academy a IAPCM (International professional Authority for
Coaching and mentoring) accredited life coaching course with top training tools.
Anyone can benefit from positive changes, inspiration , guidance and the ability to
achieve there goals. People from various walks of life can benefit from working with a

The process is highly personalised to each clients needs, goals and preferences with
myself serving as a supportive guide and facilitator throughout your coaching journey an
initial assessment is put in process so I can get some background on what you would
like to work on I recommend 6 sessions minimum to start to see effective results in
one’s life.
Each coaching session builds on the one before it offering solutions to the desires end
goals we look back on progress discuss homework that may have been given in the
previous sessions as well as the overall progress accomplished. We'll take a look at
were you are now concerned with your goals as well as any challenges you may face for
fresh strategies to surface its critical to examine what’s working and what isn’t. Finally
we le assess the forward moving steps you want to look at in the next sessions.

Because consultations mainly are done on-line I am working on a global level. Everyone
is within reach to benefit from my life coaching packages. Face to face sessions are also
available depending on ones location.
Although I cannot promise how long it will take for you, I do recommend 5o my clients a
minimum of 6 sessions to start to see results in their lives As a rule, we’ve already had
explored the issues in the assessment stage identified clear objectives that we can
achieve, and developed tactics to get there. Many factors may keep individuals from
